What the analytics records

The website uses first-party opaque visitor and session identifiers in secure cookies. The visitor cookie expires 180 days after its most recent refresh, and the session cookie expires 30 minutes after its most recent refresh. Analytics records the page route, time, broad referral and campaign categories, and interactions such as navigation, call, text, Request Service clicks, form start and submit, FAQ opens, downloads, scrolling, and engagement. A completed Request Service request is counted only after the server confirms a successful submission.

It also records broad device, browser, operating system, viewport, language, and time-zone information. Free-form campaign tags are stored as keyed opaque labels. Recognized referral and outbound domains are grouped by platform; other domains are grouped as other referrals. Detailed analytics records are scheduled for deletion after 1,095 days.

What the analytics does not record

Analytics does not record Request Service form field contents, customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, service messages, passwords, precise location, keystrokes, screenshots, or session replay. It does not add a third-party advertising analytics service or cross-site advertising identifier. The separate Request Service system processes the information submitted through its form to handle a service request; this analytics notice does not replace that form's operational data handling.

Privacy signals and abuse protection

When a browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, analytics collection is suppressed and existing analytics identifier cookies are cleared. Raw IP addresses are not stored in analytics visitor, session, or event records. A keyed, pseudonymous IP digest is used in separate security and rate-limit records to protect the collector and private dashboard from abuse.
