Adam Wilson
I've worked hands-on in HVAC since 2015. My residential experience includes single-family homes, condos and mobile homes, and I've also worked in commercial settings including medical facilities, banks and local businesses.
My service background covers everything from clogged drains and electrical or low-voltage problems to blower motors, condenser fan motors, compressors, coils, capacitors, contactors and circuit boards. I've also installed complete split systems, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits and rooftop equipment, along with ductwork and zoning systems.
Airflow and comfort have always been areas I pay close attention to. A system can be running and still leave rooms hot, cold or uncomfortable. I've worked through air-balance problems, restrictive ductwork, zoning issues and system setup, and I've completed additional training in airflow and static pressure as well as Daikin and York equipment classes.
Earlier in my career, I also helped train newer technicians and did ride-alongs. That reinforced something I still believe today: proper diagnosis and proper installation matter just as much as the equipment itself.
When I explain a problem to a homeowner, I try to keep it simple and direct. I want you to understand what's wrong, what caused it, what the options are and what can be done to help prevent the same problem from happening again.
Starting Always Sunny A/C was personal for me too. I wanted to build something for my family and create a company I could be proud of, one centered on reliable service, fair treatment and taking care of people the way I'd want my own family treated.
