Start here.

What is the standard diagnostic / service-call fee?

The standard service / diagnostic call is $99. Maintenance Plan members currently have an $89 service-call fee.

Do you give the repair price before doing the repair?

Yes. The system is diagnosed first, then the repair price/options are presented before repair work begins.

How much is the Maintenance Plan?

$180 per year for the first system and $120 per year for each additional system, with two maintenance visits per year.

What does the Maintenance Plan include?

Two visits per year, an $89 member service call, 10% repair/labor and parts discounts, 24/7 emergency access for members, and no extra night/weekend charge for members. Residential filters are not included.

Is the $79 tune-up per home or per system?

It is $79 per system. The current promotion is available to all customers/equipment, residential and commercial, during normal business hours.

How does the free second opinion work?

You need an existing diagnosis from another HVAC company and a repair estimate.

How does the free service call with repair offer work?

It is a flyer/coupon-only promotion. The normal $99 service fee is waived with repair approval when the flyer coupon is presented. Viewing the website alone does not qualify.

What workmanship warranty does Always Sunny provide?

Always Sunny provides a one-year labor/workmanship warranty on repairs, new-system installations, and ductwork. The workmanship warranty is not transferable. Dirty filters, dirty coils, and lack of required maintenance can affect or void coverage. Drain-line service is covered for 60 days after a drain service call or maintenance visit.

What does the Satisfaction Guarantee cover?

The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is a workmanship correction promise. If the workmanship is not right, raise the issue within 30 days of the project and Always Sunny will return to correct it.

How does manufacturer warranty coverage work?

Manufacturer coverage varies by the equipment and follows the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Always Sunny can register newly installed equipment and help process eligible manufacturer warranty claims. Manufacturer parts coverage does not include labor.

What are your normal hours and is same-day service available?

Normal business hours are 8 AM–5 PM daily. Same-day service is available based on current scheduling, so call or text for availability. After-hours requests are accepted. 24/7 emergency access is for Maintenance Plan members.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?

24/7 emergency access is for Maintenance Plan members. For an emergency request, call directly rather than waiting on a website form.

What happens with a complete new-system installation?

Permits, sizing/load calculations, needed duct or line-set modifications, thermostat setup, old-equipment removal, manufacturer registration, homeowner walkthrough, follow-up, and rebate help are part of the current installation process.

Where does Always Sunny A/C provide service?

Current named service areas are Bradenton, Palmetto, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Parrish, Venice, North Port, Port Charlotte, Ruskin, Sun City Center, Apollo Beach, and Tampa. Call or text to confirm availability for a specific address.

What commercial HVAC equipment do you service?
