Plan terms
Annual payment is due up front. The plan does not auto-renew, is not cancelable/refundable, and unused visits do not carry over. Residential filters are not included.
Included with a new system
One year of the Maintenance Plan is included with every complete new-system replacement / installation for the newly installed system only. Existing additional systems can be added at the normal additional-system rate.
